A colored photosensitive resin composition is provided to ensure excellent solubility to solvent and alkaline developing solution, development rate, to remove development residue and to improve adhesion of pattern. A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a polyalkylene glycol compound, a silane coupling agent compound, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a coloring agent and a solvent. The polyalkylene glycol compound is included in the amount of 0.2-10 mass % based on the total solid content 100.0 mass % of the colored photosensitive resin composition.
