FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to the field of organic-inorganic composite porous separator and battery thereof. According to the invention the separator includes (a) porous support; and (b) organic-inorganic composite layer formed by the coating of at least one area selected from the group consisting of the support surface and part of the support pores with the mixture of inorganic porous particles and binding polymer. The inorganic porous particles having great number of macropores with diametre 50 nm or more form thus the porous structure. In addition the present invention provides the method of fabrication of organic-inorganic porous separator and battery thereof.
