The invention concerns the branch of construction engineering, in particular the molding machines and installations for production of the gypsum grooved-crest plates, which are used for construction of the room dividers and other structures. An installation contains a basis, blockouts, front and rear walls and two guides. A protrusion is made on one guide, while on the second guide a groove is made, the guides are connected with the front and rear walls, and the walls are connected with fastening elements, which are connected with the basis. The blockouts are made in the form of a set of fingers rigidly fastened on the basis. The installation is equipped with an ejector with openings, in which the fingers are located, furthermore, on the basis pillows with a pad are rigidly fastened, and in the lower part of the ejector a seat is made for a stock of hydraulic cylinder. The disclosed installation has simple design and is convenient at operation. |
