A device for spraying waste water is provided to improve water-tightness of a water-tight gasket by adjusting pressure applied on the water-tight gasket efficiently, and to prevent degradation of the water-tightness by improving bonding structure of a nozzle holder and a spray nozzle. A device for spraying waste water includes a first cleansing water spray unit(100) based on a washing water supply pipe and a second cleansing water spray unit(200) installed to an opposite direction of the first cleansing water spray unit. The first cleansing water spray unit is comprised of a first nozzle holder(110), a first spray nozzle(120), a first water-tight gasket, and a first finishing cap(140). The first nozzle holder has an inlet path in which cleaning water is flowed from a cleaning water supply pipe. The first nozzle holder further includes a spray nozzle receiving part in which the first spray nozzle is inserted.
