A mixer having a mismatch compensation function and a tuner using the same for removing harmonic generated in down conversion are provided to prevent mismatch of the specific harmonic while mixing the local oscillator signal and outputting the baseband signal and radio frequency signal. A low noise amplifier(210) amplifies radio frequency signal received from an antenna(200). The amplified radio frequency signal is inputted to a radio frequency filter(220). The RF filter selects only the frequency band desiring among the radio frequency signal and removes the unnecessary interference. A local oscillator(230) produces one or more local oscillator signals and inputs to the harmonic removal mixer.
