The method involves fixing a non-demountable attached external element i.e. decorative molding (10), on facing panels (2, 3) when the element is provided in a final opening frame (1), and painting or lacquering surfaces of the panels that are located at an exterior of the frame. A glue layer is placed on an interior face of each panel, and a preformed opening frame sash (4) and an isolating lining are placed on the non-durable glued part of one of the panels to integrate the sash and the lining with the panel. The panel is applied to the other panel to integrate the panels.
