A membership card mounted in a mobile phone is provided to form a logo for a special company with a specific pattern. A base board(20) is formed in metal with regular thickness, and a special pattern is formed in a pattern portion(30). The special pattern is formed on an upper portion on the base plate, and a film portion(40) is coated with regular thickness on the upper side of the base plate. On a mechanical property portion(50), an ultraviolet hardening ink is applied on the certain portion of the upper side of the coating film with a certain thickness. In a barcode portion(60), a barcode is printed on the upper side of the mechanical property portion. |
