A system, a server and a method for preventing indiscriminate download of contents are provided to transmit a download request list including name of one or more contents that a terminal of a student requests to download to parents of student. In a system for providing a content download limit service, the system comprises the followings. A student terminal(110) downloads one or more download allowable contents selected by parents among a first contents list. A parents terminal(120) transmits a download allowable contents list including the name of one or more download allowable contents selected by the parent among the first contents list. A contents download limit server(150) extracts one or more download allowable contents among a plurality of contents when receiving the download allowable contents list from the parents terminal, and provides the extract contents to the student terminal. A wired/wireless network(140) mediates data transceiving between the student terminal and contents download limit server and between the parents terminal and contents download limit server. |
