An image lighting system is provided to display a sunrise image by using a projector design method and a transistor circuit design technique. An image lighting system includes an image design part, a LED driving part, a projector, and a lighting unit. The image design part displays a color of sky and sun during sunrise. A center of the sun is displayed by 5 pi yellow high luminance LED. A peripheral region of the sun is displayed by 5 pi red high luminance LED. A color of the sky is displayed by a square green high luminance LED and a square red high luminance LED. The LED driving part drives LEDs of the image design part. The projector receives a light from the LED, and displays an image effect.
