A rail curing device is provided to divide the cross section of the rail by applying a plurality of immersion parameters to the rail in the rail hardening. A rail curing device comprises a lateral shift member(21), an adjustable member, an operating grip(3), one or more positioning members(4), a container(5), a tray, and a cooling bed(6). The operating grip is arranged in a row and has a plurality of tongs moving as the same operation. The tong comprises a grip arm. The grip arm is formed in a transverse section of a center establishment part to the axis direction alignment of a respective rail head and rail foot.
