A food garbage processor having an induction heater is provided to improve efficiency of food drying treatment by applying the induction heater to transfer strong heat on food garbage instantaneously. A food garbage processor having an induction heater includes the followings: a food garbage input(11) formed on an upper part of a main body to input food garbage; an agitating vane installed at the inside of an agitating container(20) pivotally to mix the food garbage; a halogen heater(30) irradiating infrared rays, and installed at the top of the agitating container; a reflection plate(31) reflecting heat generated in the halogen heater to the agitating vane; a convection fan installed at the top of the reflection plate; a ventilation hole form on a part of the reflection plate; the induction heater(40) installed at the bottom of the agitating container; and a catalyst filter part(50) purifying bad smell with the ventilation fan. |
