PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector generation device capable of supplying stably reflectors in a pipe, by preventing movement of the reflector generation device in the pipe without mounting a large-scale device. SOLUTION: This reflector generation device 100 for supplying into a pipe, reflectors for reflecting an ultrasonic wave is equipped with a nozzle 110 for supplying the reflectors 170 into the pipe, and a flange 120 for receiving a flow pressure of a fluid flowing in the pipe. The nozzle has a reflector discharging part 112 for discharging the reflectors, and a hose connection part 116 to be connected to a hose 140 for introducing the reflectors into the pipe.
