PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze a portion where is the cause of occurrence of the spring-back in a press-formed article by numerical analysis. SOLUTION: By performing the analysis of press forming by a numerical simulation on the basis of the forming conditions of a press-formed article and, about stress data including forming data, decomposing at least into an in-plane stress component and a bending moment component against at least one in the direction of each direction component of stress over the whole of the press-formed article, an independent resolved data is produced. Next, by performing the area dividing of the press-formed article and performing an arithmetic processing in which a coefficient is multiplied to at least one of each direction component of the stress of the independent resolved forming data for each area, the independent resolved forming data is produced. By performing spring-back analysis on the basis of these data by the numerical simulation, an influence degree to the spring-back deformation of the stress in each calculated area is determined from the shape before the spring-back and the springback shape which is determined from the independent resolved forming data to which the arithmetic processing is performed and displayed.
