PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for pitching practice by oneself. SOLUTION: The bag for solo pitching has a Velcro tape and a string which are provided at an opening portion of the bag having a width of 30 cm as long as the length of the arm, the string is threaded through the opening portion, and the bag is configured such that the hand gripping a ball is inserted into the bag up to the wrist.
