<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the circularity of an outer circumferential surface of a resin pulley. <P>SOLUTION: This resin pulley 10 includes an outer cylindrical portion 20 having an outer circumferential surface on which a belt is to be wound, an inner cylindrical portion 21, which is disposed radially inward of and concentrically with the outer cylindrical portion 20 and has an inner circumferential surface on in which a rolling bearing 11 is installed, and a plurality of ribs 22 connecting the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylindrical portion 20 and the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylindrical portion 21.
