PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone detector instantly reporting the location of a mobile phone by using a sound sensor. SOLUTION: A sound-sensitive sensor is mounted on a mobile phone body or a mobile phone strap, and the sound-sensitive sensor is set to sense an external sound at a level above 100 dB. When the sensor senses a sound at a level around not smaller than 100 dB, this mobile phone detector makes a sound for reporting the location of the mobile phone to a person having lost the mobile phone.
