PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium number measuring device which appropriately measures an aggregate sheet with a simple structure even if the aggregate sheet deforms by use, and to provide an aggregate sheet. SOLUTION: The medium number measuring device 20 is characterized by including: a plate section 21 on which an aggregate sheet 10 is mounted, wherein the aggregate sheet is constituted by integrating a plurality of sheet pieces 11 which are objects of measurement arranged in parallel in longitudinal direction and horizontal direction in a sheet form; column scale display sections 25 and 26 which are arranged near the edges in the longitudinal direction of the mounting section 21c on which the aggregate sheet 10 on the plate section 21 is mounted and indicate the number of columns of the sheet pieces 11 in the lateral direction; and row scale display sections 23 and 24 which are arranged at edges in the lateral direction of the mounting section 21c and indicate the number of rows of the sheet pieces 11 in the longitudinal direction.
