The pump has an annular channel (2), through which a conveyable medium can flow. The channel is wrapped by coils (3) exteriorly, and a conveyor element (4) i.e. rustless steel ball, is provided in the channel, where the element is made of a material comprising ferromagnetic characteristics. The coils are arranged at same angular distance (alpha) to each other, and are successively controlled by a coil supply with energy. The pump has inlet and outlet connections (6, 7), where dimension of the connection (6) and/or dimension of the connection (7) is smaller than dimension of the channel.
