<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which is free from any projecting part looking unattractive and is capable of obtaining a simple appearance and allowing compact storage of a container itself in a drawer of a desk or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The container has an inner container 2 and an outer container 3 which is fitted around the inner container 2. The outer container 3 has first and second rotatably operating cylinders 10 and 11 which are relatively rotatable and connected to each other in the axial direction.
