<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device for a hybrid vehicle for suppressing feeling of incongruity of a passenger and optimally controlling a motor in response to a change in an environment where a vehicle travels. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle speed V, an accelerator opening Acc, and an atmospheric pressure P are detected (Step S100), and a driving force T is set based on the accelerator opening Acc and the vehicle speed V (Step S101). Then, a correction coefficient α is set based on the atmospheric pressure P (Step S102), and a correction driving force Tr is set by correcting the driving force T with the correction coefficient α (Step S103).
