<p>A reactive isocyanate emulsifying agent comprising an imidazolium salt represented by general formula (1). In formula (1), R1 signifies a hydrocarbyl group of carbon number 4 to 12 or the like, R2 signifies a hydrocarbyl group of carbon number 1 to 12 or the like, R3 signifies a hydrocarbyl group of carbon number 1 to 18 which is substituted with a hydroxyl group, or the like, R4 and R5 signify a hydrogen atom, hydrocarbyl group of carbon number 1 to 18 or the like, and X- signifies Cl-, Br- or the like. However, at least one of R2 and R3 must have a hydroxyl group.</p> |
