摘要 A manufacturing method of a flexible printed circuit board in which a patterned CNT(Carbon Nano Tube) thin film which is patterned in a manufacturing process in order to minimize the loss of CNT are provided to perform the repetition manufacture and simplify a manufacturing process. A silicon dioxide thin film pattern(8) is formed in a domain in which a photoresist pattern does not exist in a porosity nano template filter. The photoresist pattern is removed. A filter mold in which the silicon dioxide thin film pattern is molded on the porosity nano template filter is obtained. The filter mold is mounted on the vacuum filter. The CNT dispersion solution is injected on the top of the filter mold. The CNT thin film pattern is molded between the silicon dioxide thin film patterns. The flexible printed circuit board composition is coated through the front side of the filter mold. The coated composition is hardened and the flexible printed circuit board is formed.
