<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take an upper limit money amount which can be withdrawn from an automatic teller machine inside a game hall and the ceiling state of a game machine into consideration and to present information relating to an appropriate withdrawal money amount to a player. <P>SOLUTION: An information display device 3 displays a difference amount which is a difference between the usable amount of an ATM 21 inside the game hall and a required amount required for shifting to the ceiling state by a liquid crystal display part 4.
