PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a liquid holding member to abut on an application roller under uniform pressure in a liquid application mechanism of an inkjet recording device. SOLUTION: A cap sheet metal 2002 (and a pivot sheet metal 2008) are composed so as to be linearly moved together with a cap arm 2012 (and an arm stay 2014) via the engagement between an engagement hole 2080 and an insertion shaft 2013. Further, the cap sheet metal (and pivot sheet metal) can be rolled to the cap arm (and the arm stay) with the insertion shaft 2013 engaged with the engagement hole 2080 as a rolling shaft. In this way, even if the direction of energization to an application roller 1001 is deviated or the positional relation with the application roller 1001 is slightly deviated, a liquid holding member 2001 moves to the energization direction in accordance with the deviation and is further rolled.
