PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of compensating deterioration with time and also a control module for an oscillation circuit to overcome a defect in the prior art. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit device receives a control voltage Vctrl from an action terminal and outputs a clock signal Vout having a predetermined frequency according to the control voltage Vctrl. The aged deterioration compensating method includes a step (a) of inspection the control voltage Vctrl from the action terminal and obtaining a first value V<SB>1</SB>for the control voltage Vctrl; a step (b) of, after passage of a predetermined time periodΔT, inspecting the control voltage Vctrl from the action terminal and obtaining a second value V<SB>2</SB>for the control voltage; a step (c) of determining presence of a difference between the first and second values V<SB>1</SB>and V<SB>2</SB>for the control voltage Vctrl, a step (d) of, when the difference presence is determined, executing compensation of the value of the control voltage Vctrl on the basis of the difference; and a step (e) of repeating the steps (b) to (d).
