PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subject information editing system capable of editing video information and/or audio information relating to a subject effectively while further reducing labor and time. SOLUTION: A subject information editing system includes: an authentication information generating means provided in a subject 6 beforehand; information acquiring means 9, 9a for acquiring authentication information 8 generated from the authentication information generating means and video information and/or audio information 7 from the subject 6; additional information database for storing beforehand additional information relating to the subject 6 so as to retrieve it with the authentication information 8 as a key; an additional information processing section for extracting additional information corresponding to the subject 6 from the additional information database with the authentication information 8 generated from the authentication information generating means as a key; an information coupling section for coupling the additional information, corresponding to the subject 6, extracted by the additional information processing section with the video information and/or audio information 7 from the subject 6 to produce coupling information; an information editing section for editing the coupling information so as to output the coupling information in predetermined layout; and an output section 4 for outputting the edited coupling information.
