WIRING METHOD OF SEMICONDUCTOR SWITCHING ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring method of a semiconductor switching element capable of preventing malfunction of the semiconductor switching element due to voltage fluctuation and induced electromotive force of a control terminal. SOLUTION: A plurality of semiconductor switching elements are connected to a common connection point provided on one surface of a wiring board in a way that their reference terminals come close mutually. Meanwhile, driving elements drive-controlling each of semiconductor switching elements, respectively, are connected via a through wiring penetrating from the common connection point to the other surface of the wiring board at a shortest distance.
