PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent smoothness, and to pass a heat release test for a noncombustible material by laminating a magnesium silicate sheet to a metal foil, and further neutral paper in a noncombustible tape. SOLUTION: The noncombustible tape 1 is composed by successively laminating the neutral paper 6 which is a first layer, the aluminum foil 2 which is a second layer, the magnesium silicate sheet 3 which is a third layer, and an adhesive 4 for a tape which is a fourth layer, and has the extremely smooth surface. A layer of the metal foil 2 is provided on the surface of the magnesium silicate sheet 3 to block a combustible gas, and heat is dispersed with the aluminum foil 2 having excellent heat conductivity to provide resistance to even local heating. Furthermore, the heat conduction to the adhesive 4 for the tape is blocked with the magnesium silicate sheet 3 having small heat conductivity to suppress the evolution of the combustible gas. When the heat release test for the noncombustible material is carried out, the total calorific value is≤4.0 MJ/m<SP>2</SP>, and the time for the maximum heat release rate to successively exceed 200 kW/m<SP>2</SP>is 0 s.
