The present invention relates to an operating switch mounted in a helmet for motor vehicles, in particular for motorcycles, - made of two parts (A, B), wherein the preferably first part (A) or "transmitter" comprises three parts, the pushbutton (1) - encased in an elastic membrane so that the user does not find it irritating - sending an encoded signal to the receiver when pushed, the textile mount (2) in which the pushbutton and the adherent element (3) (a type of VELCRO mounting strip) are installed, and the mounting strip by means of which the preferably first part (A) is mounted in the interior of the helmet, and the preferably second part (B) or receiver, comprising the receiver itself (4) operated by the vehicle battery and comprising a feed cable (5) and a lead-away cable (6) to the ignition system of the vehicle, wherein when the receiver receives no signal from the transmitter, said receiver interrupts the flow of current from the battery to the ignition system and thus prevents the vehicle from starting. |
