PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin-roll casting machine capable of suppressing the generation of a deformed solidified shell. SOLUTION: This twin-roll casting machine includes: a pair of cooling rolls 1 horizontally arranged in parallel with each other; a pair of side weirs 10 arranged so as to sandwich the pair of cooling rolls 1 in the axial direction; and a pair of barrel weirs 11 which is abutted on the respective cooling rolls 1, from the upper part, over the whole length of the outer circumferential surface of the respective cooling rolls 1 and comes in surface-contact with a molten metal reservoir 3 side portion of each side wear 10. The vicinity of the lower edge part of these barrel weirs 11, is formed in a knife edge-shape, and the surface positioned on the molten metal reservoir 3 side of the barrel weirs 11, is butted perpendicularly over the whole length of the outer circumferential surfaces of the cooling rolls 1 so as to prevent the gap where the molten metal is intruded from being formed between the lower edge part of the barrel weirs 11 and the outer circumferential surface of the cooling rolls 1.
