<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, without needing a lot of disk resources, leakage of confidential information data etc. with unauthorized bringing out. <P>SOLUTION: An access right control software 201 requests a transmission of an access key 130 to a management server 100 (Step S13). The management server 100 transmits the access key 130 in response to the request (Step S14). The access right control software 201 performs an authentication processing in order to distinguish whether the received access key 130 is authentic or not (Step S15).
