<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process management method for integrally performing reliability evaluation and process management. <P>SOLUTION: The process management system 1 with a risk monitor has a periodic inspection process management means 2, a reliability evaluation support means 3 and an incidental means 4. The periodic inspection process management means 2 is a system for entering, editing, displaying and storing process planning and the actual results of work performed in an electric power plant. The reliability evaluation support means 3 is a system for making a graphic entry of a fault tree using FTA (fault tree analysis) and carrying out simulation to compute the occurrence probability of a top event.
