<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FPD that eliminates electric field concentration on the outer peripheral edge of a bias electrode for high-oltage application and that will not cause discharge breakdown. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray conversion layer 2 forming a charge by incidence of X-rays, and a bias electrode 1 for applying a bias voltage to the X-ray conversion layer 2 are stacked on TFT glass 3. Four outer peripheral edges 1a of the bias electrode 1 are formed with a circular arc curve, and electric field concentration to this part is not produced. A high-pressure wire 4 for bias voltage power supply is fixed and connected to the top surface of the bias electrode 1, through a fixing material at a position outside an effective pixel region SA. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
