<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which is used in various electronic equipment, reduced in errors and can be operated reliably. <P>SOLUTION: A rear electrode 16 extending from a rear end of an upper conductive layer 1 is made to extend in an almost U shape so as to surround almost the entire circumference of a substrate 1, lead-out parts 16A and 16B are formed at both ends of the rear electrode, and since a voltage drop by a solid resistor of the electrode becomes small by detecting voltages at both ends of the electrode, a touch panel which is reduced in errors and can be operated reliably can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
