MULTI-HOP WIRELESS TERMINAL AND TRAFFIC CONTROL METHOD THEREIN

摘要

A multi-hop wireless terminal comprises a user application section, a traffic control unit, and a wireless transmission/reception section. The traffic control unit stores packets of the transmission flow from the user application section and the transfer flow from the wireless transmission/reception section in different queues for each flow to perform traffic control processing. The traffic control unit includes a queue manager for distributing the inputted packets of the flows to the corresponding queues for storage and a packet scheduler for taking out a packet from the queues for output. The packet scheduler takes out a packet from thequeues and selects a queue to output the packet on the basis of transmission information on the flows.
