PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescent sheet capable of offering information displayed on a decorative layer in an easily legible way. SOLUTION: The luminescent sheet 1 is provided with a base layer 10 having flexibility, a luminescent layer 11 structured by laminating a first electrode layer 11a, a dielectric layer 11b, a light-emitter layer 11c, and a second electrode layer 11d in that order, a first binder layer 12 adhering the base layer 10 to the first electrode layer 11a of the luminescent layer 11, a decorative layer 13 having flexibility and structured of a base material transmitting light emitted from the luminescent layer 11 by a given volume, and a second binder layer 14 having adhesiveness and light transmittance for adhering the second electrode layer 11d of the luminescent layer 11 to the decorative layer 13.
