PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central control system for freezing and refrigerating equipment capable of accurately controlling the capacity of a primary compressor in a freezing and refrigerating cycle comprising a primary refrigerant circuit, a secondary refrigerant circuit and a heat exchanger.
