<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of a paper-like catalyst, which can improve a modification-purification performance as a catalyst by directly synthesizing and supporting metal nanoparticles on oxidized metal fibers. <P>SOLUTION: The production method comprises the process of directly synthesizing and supporting the metal nanoparticles on the oxidized metal fibers through: the structure producing process S1 of obtaining the paper-like structure wherein the oxidized metal fibers are plowed in by a wet type papermaking method; the dripping process S2 of subjecting the paper-like structure obtained by the structure producing process S1 to a dipping treatment in a solution containing a metal as a catalyst, and of allowing the metal as a catalyst to adhere to the oxidized metal fibers using the difference of ionization tendencies; and the reducing process S4 of turning the metal as a catalyst adhere to the oxidized metal fibers to a nanoparticle by reduction-treating the paper-like structure dripping-treated in the dripping process S2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
