<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain communication quality of a communication network for reporting states of an elevator and building facility to a monitoring center. <P>SOLUTION: A reporting apparatus 3 measures communication quality of a communication network for a plurality of measurement items at predetermined time intervals, according to kinds of communication path 4 (telephone line, radio network, IP network, or the like) connected to a monitoring center; and analyses a measurement result about the measurement items. If the communication quality of a communication network is determined to be abnormal, the reporting apparatus transmits a warning message which shows that the communication quality of the communication path 4 is not normal, to the monitoring center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
