<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based ball point pen which is excellent in initial start of writing, provides a thick holograph in a light writing feeling, and also is excellent in writing performance for satisfying a drying property of the holograph. <P>SOLUTION: The water-based ball point pen is provided by directly filling water base ink and an ink non-return body in an ink storing tube equipped with a ball pen tip holding a ball at a tip part. The ball point pen is characterized in that the ink is selected from shear viscosity-decreasing water base ink being within a range of 3-160 mPa s in viscosity at 100 rpm with an E type rotational viscosimeter at 20°C and within a range of 0.9-0.99 in shear viscosity decreasing index and that the ink non-return body comprises at least base gasoline and a thickener, and is within a range of 20 rad/s≤ω≤450 rad/s at a point (ω) wherein a tan δin measurement of viscoelasticity exceeds 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
