<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the sintering point of a sintering device by employing an optical fiber type thermometer using Raman scattering light. <P>SOLUTION: When the sintering point in the sintering device is detected, the optical fiber 10 with the optical fiber thermometer using the Raman scattering light, is inserted in a porous type protecting tube 12 and set in a palette advancing direction and a palette width direction just below the palette (a) and also, a heat-insulating material-covered wire 14 is set along the above optical fiber 10, and the temperature-distribution in the palette advancing direction and the palette width direction, is measured by the optical fiber thermometer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
