The present invention refers to a method for the remote management of mobile devices and a mobile device suited to suchmethod, wherein the control ofthe mobile device (14) can be done from a workstation (12) connected with a service centre (10) via a telematic network; theservice centre (10) isconnected toa mobile device (14) via thetelematic network, wherein communications between theservice centre (10) and themobile device (14) occur using an asynchronous, encrypted mobile radio standard; a replacement of a first phone SIM card (16) with a second phone SIM card (20) in the mobile device (14) is detected automatically by the system and a pre-established control is performed in the mobile device (14). |
