<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for reference to a diagnostic reading work list by a diagnostic reading doctor while eliminating the labor hour for formation of a paper slip for requesting diagnostic reading to the doctor, a user operation for forming a diagnostic reading order on PC, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The report management server 20 automatically generates, based on diagnostic order information automatically transmitted from each information management device such as an RIS 50 or an EIS 80 provided for each examination department (a radiological department system 2, an endoscopic department system 3, etc.), a work object of a medical image created by photographing an examination object according to the diagnostic order information.
