<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device which determines whether or not a document is illegally acquired from the document management device, and to provide programs. <P>SOLUTION: When a document receiver receives a document from a PC, a tint block information creation part creates tint block information, and a tint block information addition part adds tint block information to the document. A tint block information editing prohibition setting part generates a password to protect the tint block information, and adds the password to the document. Then, the document is stored into a document storage part and the password is stored into a password storage part. When a print request receiver receives a document print request from the PC, a document acquisition part acquires a target document from the document storage part, and a tint block information editing prohibition release part acquires a password from the password storage part to release tint block information editing prohibition using the password. A tint block information editing part edits the tint block information, a printing image creation part creates a printing image with a tint block image, and a printing image transmitter transmits the printing image to a printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
