PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a positioning error generated when carrying out parallel execution of a plurality of positioning modes of different correlation arithmetic processing contents while carrying out power-saving operation (intermittent positioning).

SOLUTION: In the power-saving operation, ON/OFF periods are repeated in a cycle equal to object periods Ti, To (Ti=To) of an indoor/outdoor mode. The outdoor mode and indoor mode are controlled so that the interval of intermediate points of time of ON periods coincides with the start/end point of time of the object period Ti of the indoor mode and that the interval of intermediate points of time of the OFF periods coincides with the start/end point of time of the object period To of the outdoor mode while shifting the object periods Ti, To by 1/2 to carry out parallel execution.
