PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste straw-bundling apparatus capable of effectively preventing waste straw's "spilling-out" state such that exhausted waste straw is continually discharged outside (out of the combine harvester). SOLUTION: The waste straw-bundling apparatus 10 includes guide bars 12, 12... formed in an approximately V-shaped manner when viewed sideways with their upper ends (basal ends 12a, 12a...) pivotally set on the rear upper part of a waste straw outlet 4 while their lower ends 12b, 12b... projected rear downward of the waste straw outlet 4, and a receiving member 11 situated beneath the guide bars 12, 12... and pivotally set nearly horizontally so as to be projected rearward from the rear end of the lower part of the combine harvester 1's machine body.
