PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely suppress a situation that scattered toner is discharged to the outside of an image processor. SOLUTION: A printer 1 performs printing on paper with toner. A scattered toner sensor 565 and a control part 11 detect a toner discharge suitable state that is a state suitable for a condition that the scattered toner is discharged to the outside, and a printing control part 13 calculates a printing rate when printing data are printed by a printing means. When the toner discharge suitable state is detected, the control part 11 determines whether the printing rate is equal to or above a prescribed value, and allows a communication part 15 to output demand information to demand that printing is to be performed by another image forming apparatus when the printing rate is equal to or above the prescribed value.
