PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having protrusions on the surface, wherein a large number of fillers protrude from the surface of the coating film although the entire film is made of nonmagnetic fillers, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The film is formed by the five steps consisting of: a first step of producing a coating material 12 by adding the formanisotrop filler 12b to a binder 12a to mix them; a second step of coating the produced coating material 12 onto the surface of a base material 11; a third step of orienting the filler 12b in the material 12 by keeping the material 11 onto which the material 12 is coated in a magnetic field for a predetermined time; a fourth step of curing the material 12; and a fifth step of removing the binder 12a by a predetermined depth from the surface with etching to cause the filler 12b in the coating material to protrude from the surface of the material 12. Although the filler 12b is nonmagnetic, the film 10 having a large number of the fillers 12b are protruded from its surface can be obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
