PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active noise eliminating system, optionally and freely selecting a frequency band to be eliminated from noise, and canceling only the sound of selected frequency band. SOLUTION: This active noise eliminating system 10A includes: a filter 21 generating a pseudo feedback signal, which estimates a second sound wave reaching from a speaker 13 to a microphone 11; a subtraction device 22 generating a third input signal obtained by removing a pseudo feedback signal from a first input signal; a target signal generating device 24 for controlling the frequency characteristic of a third input signal to convert the third input signal to a target signal having a predetermined frequency band and sound pressure level; and a subtraction device 25 generating an error signal obtained by removing the target signal from the second input signal, an interference signal generating device 23 generates an interference signal using the third input signal received from the subtraction device 22 and an error signal received from the subtraction device 25.
