The aid has a position changing apparatus formed for change of an elevation and a structural limitation of person accesses (2, 3), which are provided for getting into a motor vehicle i.e. passenger car (1). The elevation of the motor vehicle is adjusted between a normal mode (hnor) and an elevated access mode (hein). A control device is wirelessly connected with an access authorization unit (4) for a door lock and is communicated such that the opening of the door lock causes an adjustment of the position changing apparatus by the access authorization unit in the elevated access mode.
